Career Day 2018!
On March 14th we will be holding our 5th Annual Career Day, when over 40 presenters will present to Sequoia students on a wide-range of professions. Career Day is a student favorite and a great way to be involved with Sequoia Middle School.
Career Day Presenters: Do you have a job you would be willing to talk about with our students? Perhaps a friend of family member has an interesting career and is great with 11-14 year olds? Open the attached Presenter Letter and Presenter Form to get more details about this fun and rewarding experience. Forms can be turned into the PFC box in the main office. (Attached Below)

February= Kindness
There will be a little extra Kindness in the air this month!
We have several students, and clubs on campus that we call the “Kindness Warriors”. These are students and staff committed to helping our school be a positive place where everyone feels valued. They are instrumental in helping our school participate in National Kindness Week on Feb. 13-16.
Many fun activities are planned that range from: kindness chalk art on the blacktop, a “kind” scavenger hunt, a “kindness challenge”, kindness circles, promoting kindness inspired social media usage, and “kindness-grams” (on Valentine’s day) to freely share during lunch.
We are creating a culture of kindness at Sequoia Middle! Let’s keep it going!!!!
