A Letter from our Principal, Dr. Todd

Dear Duello Families,

Happy Fall! We have so much to celebrate already this school year and we are excited about the learning that is happening at Duello! A few thoughts for the month:

October 11: October 11th is the day that our mask mandate is up in the building. Masks will begin to be optional again for all students and staff on Monday, October 11. Masks are still a requirement on school buses. Thank you for your continued support.

Thank you to our AMAZING PTA Board and volunteers for all of the hard work to make our Duello Dash a successful and fun experience for all! Consider joining the PTA to help with the next fun event - you will be glad that you did!

Family time - we’ve got some coming! We are so excited about our Annual PTA Trunk-or-Treat, Book Fair, and Parent-Teacher Conferences. Please note that the Trunk or Treat is an optional event and is outdoors, masks will be optional for all.

Thank you for helping us make Duello a great place for students to learn, grow, and lead together. We look forward to seeing you at our various events throughout this month!

Welcome Mrs. Spyers

Join us in welcoming Mrs. Devon Spyers to Duello Elementary. Mrs. Spyers is our new counselor. She will serve all Duello students, with a focus on Kindergarten through second grade. This is her 16th year in education and her 6th year as a counselor. She is married and has two little boys. When she is not at school, Mrs. Spyers loves to read and spend time with her family.
