Great Job last weekend to all of our Bobcat on Run students, families and teachers who ran in the Palo Alto 5K last weekend. It was a beautiful day and full of so many smiles and miles!
On Tuesday, our 4th, 5th and 6th graders treated us to a festive and fun Winter Concert performance! Thank you to our district music teachers: Jason Braun, Joe Chan, Joanna Dahl , Juhye Lee and Jason Locsin for all of the work they put into music learning for our Santa Rita Bobcats. And thank you to our families for supporting LAEF, which provides funds to support the music program that our upper grade Santa Rita students enjoy.
Are you interested in singing, dancing and acting? Then sign up now to be part of Aladdin Jr! Try outs for specific roles will begin in January. See below for more information! Can’t wait to see the play 🙂
I want to thank Kelly Sanders-Lo for organizing our Staff Holiday Luncheon, as well as Dolly Marshall who helped pick up the yummy food for us all. It is something that we all look forward to each year.
I hope everyone has a very safe and happy holiday and vacation. We will see you back on campus January 8th. Happy 2024!

BOBCAT STRONG NEWS
Disney’s Aladdin Jr. is based on the 1992 Academy Award®-winning film and the 2014 hit Broadway show about the “diamond in the rough” street rat who learns that his true worth lies deep within.
The story you know and love has been given the royal treatment! Aladdin and his three friends, Babkak, Omar, and Kassim, are down on their luck until Aladdin discovers a magic lamp and the Genie who has the power to grant three wishes. Wanting to earn the respect of the princess, Jasmine, Aladdin embarks on an adventure that will test his will and his moral character. With expanded characters, new songs, and more thrills, this new adaptation of the beloved story will open up “a whole new world” for your young performers!
Registration is NOW OPEN for 3rd - 6th graders up to the first 40 students who register. Every child who registers will get a part! The registration/participation fee is $220 and is due at the time of registration. You can submit checks to the Santa Rita office (payable to “Santa Rita PTA”) or pay via Paypal (https://paypal.me/SANTARITAPTA).
