Here is how it works:
1 Friend = $89/month for both you and your friend
2 friends = $79/month for you and $89/month for your friend

Summer Re-cap of Fun

What a great summer we all had here at Bend Boot Camp. We love our athletes and community and could not be more proud of all their hard work, energy and love for fitness. We had several athletes run their first 5k, 10k and half marathon, climb their first mountain, compete in running, burpee and other challenges, run the 216 mile Cascade Lakes Relay and complete their first triathlon.

Our athletes were treated to weekly Yoga Bliss classes every Friday. This was a great chance for them to give back to their bodies after a week of challenging workouts.

We are getting excited for Fall as we have some super fun Fall and Winter adventures and challenges planned in addition to all of our amazing workouts!

If you are looking to try your hand at a running event, triathlon or other challenge let us know, we have ongoing training programs and groups underway.

September Challenge

We are going to push and challenge you with another fun challenge for September!

This month join us for our 100 push-up-a-day Challenge.

100 push-ups a day! You are in charge of counting and recording your daily push-up count. Extra prizes will be awarded to those who send us or post to our FB page their daily push-ups. Going on a run, start with 10, do 10 every mile and then finish with 10. Encourage your families, friends and kids to join as well. Take pictures and send them in.

The Challenge ends September 30th. All Challengers will be required to send us their total number of push-ups achieved each week! You can e-mail us at to submit your numbers.

Get to it and join the fun! Prizes will be awarded for the following categories:

Most Push-ups completed
Most creative push-up (photos)
Family Push-up challenge
Honorable Mentions
