Groves Elementary is striving to reduce our environmental footprint for routine information.
Beginning this year, we will not be sending paper Interim Progress Reports home.
In case you were not aware, IPR (Interim Progress Report) student grade information is posted to Home Access Center for parent viewing.
How to Access Grade Information and IPR on HAC

Attention: 3rd, 4th and 5th Grade Parents
Is your child creative? Think outside the box? Like to perform in front of others? Works well on teams? Well then….. Destination Imagination is the place for you!
Destination Imagination is a 7 member team who work to solve different challenges. Teams in our program learn higher order thinking and improve in creative thinking, critical thinking and collaborative problem solving. Our participants experience the creative process, develop new friendships and learn to work together.

Tryouts for the 2018-19 team will be on Tuesday, October 2nd from 3:30 pm- 4:30 pm in Room 2103. Please note our tournament this year is on Saturday February 23rd. All members must attend. Please do not apply for DI if you are already committed to something else on February 23rd.

Annual Fund
The Groves Elementary Annual Fund provides a way to support the education and development of all children at Groves Elementary. Your tax-deductible gift will enable our children to experience school in a way that promotes pursuits toward life-long passions and continuous learning. Donations received through the Annual Fund will support programs and materials that enhance that experience at school. Contributions will go toward:
- Support Innovative Teacher grants not funded through other sources
- Specialized Teacher training to further enhance and personalize each child's school experience
- The creation of an outdoor learning classroom
- Grade level field trips and activities
