#Community
A HUGE shout out to the 100+ Women Who Care Greater Durand Area. This group has been and continues to be a major support of our local community and schools. They continue to contribute to the growth of our community in a variety of ways. In September of 2020, they donated over $12,000 to help support Neal Necessities at Bertha Neal and the Kerr Closet at Robert Kerr. In addition, they received an additional $5,000 donation from the Schultz Foundation grant to be shared between both programs. Neal Necessities provide shoes, boots, snow pants, and personal care items to students in our elementary buildings. Without the 100+ Women Who Care Greater Durand Area, events like Cocoa-to-Go and providing these necessities would not be possible. We thank them for all of their support and generosity!
