Life Principle of the Week: Humanitarianism

This Week at The Ridge

Monday: Walk-through observations start this week. See below for "look-fors". College shirts with jeans. Grandparent's Day Breakfast at 7:05. Wear red, white and blue for Patriot day or college colors with jeans. Staff Meeting @ 3:00.

Tuesday: Regular Schedule, PLC Meetings in A2 (grades K-3), 4/5 meet in classrooms- we will be establishing a new PLC room for all meetings soon! This room will have space for us to post and examine data! Stay tuned! It may be ready by next Tuesday!

Wednesday: Regular Schedule, BOY LPAC Meeting @ 7:45. Cook/Kiser off campus in pm

Thursday: Regular Schedule, Cook off campus; PTA Meeting @6:00 followed by Curriculum Night (2 twenty minute sessions) End time: 7:30.

Friday: Wrangler Round-Up, please send representative to set up gym by 7:00. Wear your CRES shirt with jeans. Reading Bee for 2nd Grade.

Teacher To Do List:

  1. Compliance Bundle certificate to office by September 15.
  2. Preview Curriculum Night powerpoints and plan with grade levels for September 14.
  3. Write Class Mission Statement and post in classroom. Follow protocol campus followed to write Campus Mission Statement. Mission Statements posted by September 18.
  4. Check your hallway bulletin boards-- is there current student work? does it show evidence of higher level thinking?
