How have the first four days of distance learning been going?
Several staff members have created the image below to help provide an understanding of how distance learning should look.
Has your family practiced for a tornado?
1:45 PM . . . . . THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE will activate the NAWAS system (National Warning System) for a simulated tornado warning, broadcasting a live simulated tornado warning message over the NOAA weather radio system. All communities participating in the test in Minnesota will activate their outdoor warning sirens.
6:45 PM . . . . . THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OFFICE will issue another simulated tornado warning.
When selecting your location stay away from windows, exterior doors, and large open rooms.
Crouch down as low as possible, chest on knees.
Tuck head down and cover with your hands.
Is a WATCH different than a WARNING?
WARNING: A tornado has been spotted in your area. Take shelter now!
Got Kleenex?
Have a pre-school aged child?
What's new on Peachjar?
Check out all the flyers on the Peachjar site by clicking the link at the top of the page (or the peach icon next to this text). Make it a regular habit to check out the latest offerings from around our community. It's a great way to find programs for kids that keep them active and connected to other kids their age.

What's the plan after the first 15 days of distance learning?
