MCCV 2020/2021 School Re-Enrollment Form

Dear Families,

While we wish to see all of our students stay from Kindergarten through 8th grade, we understand that changes in circumstances and schedules can mean shifts for students and families. In order to plan staffing, configurations, and student programs for next year, we need the most accurate and up to date enrollment figures as soon as possible. Please take a moment to fill out this form one time for EACH CHILD you plan to have enrolled at MCCV for the 2020 - 2021 school year.

Thank you for helping us shape next year!

Vision

We believe in an equitable school community where multiple perspectives are invited and celebrated.

Mission

We actively seek to understand the complex and rich identities of self and others, and to lean into difficult topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe that this work is a responsibility held by all and done for all. This pursuit prepares the children and adults in our community to be change agents of our increasingly diverse and global world, affecting systemic change.
