A message from Superintendent Smith

Congratulations to our seniors that are finalizing their day with us. I have gotten to know many of you over the last two years and certainly miss seeing you in the halls of WCCC! I've included a few of my favorite selfies that you joined me for. I will certainly miss these days!

Big shout outs to our Valedictorian and Salutatorians. Kudos to you for all of your hard work and dedication to your education!

Class of 2020 News!

Wednesday, May 20th

  • Passport Pick-Up Party!
    Students will come on campus in their cap and gown to pick-up their passport and have a quick celebration with us. We will take a photo and give them well wishes. These cap and gown photos will be used to compile an official virtual ceremony that will be shared with students and on social media Wednesday, May 27th.
    Pick-up times will be shared soon.

  • 7 pm: Virtual Greeting
    Superintendent Smith will share a virtual message with the class of 2020. A video presentation with student photos and memories will also be presented. Be sure you are included by providing your photos before the end of the day Monday, May 11th. The link is below.

Wednesday, May 27th

  • Celebration Video Presented
    We will share a video compilation of student cap and gown photos and speeches. This will be broadcast on social media and available for download by students and families.

Thursday, July 23rd

  • We still have this date held as a back-up to our original ceremony. We will continue to follow the Governor's guidance and make plan updates accordingly.
Submit Senior Photos

Please provide a baby photo, current photo and a photo for the yearbook (current and yearbook can be the same) prior to midnight May 10th.


We hope that you tuned in to see our Val/Sal surprise and Sunflowers4Seniors announcement on Facebook Live. We shared the news that we are planting a sunflower garden to recognize the class of 2020 and remind them that there are #BrighterDaysAhead

Cap & Gown Pick-Up

For your convenience, all cap and gowns will delivered to the students home school. Please follow their pick-up information for district specific details. If you are an out of district or homeschooled student, reach out to: shonda.marburger@mywccc.org for details.

Need to pick-up or return an item to WCCC?

During your designated lab day, you will come to campus anytime between 8 am and 12pm to retrieve or return items. Once you arrive on campus (either main or Greentree) follow the signs to your lab area. Your items will be delivered to your car, no students or parents will be allowed to leave their vehicles.

If you cannot come during your designated time, you will need to contact your lab teacher to find out the make-up timeframe.

Adult Education

With the latest Stay Safe Ohio orders, our Adult Education programs must remain online only at this time as well. We are making plans to safely allow students back on campus as soon as possible. Once in person classes for higher education are allowed we will open while remaining diligent about keeping our students and staff as safe as possible.

If you or someone you know is interested in career training after high school, check us out! We offer a wide variety of career tech training for adults and have help many students find success in careers they love! There is no better time than now to gather information about these programs and get prepared so that you're ready to start when we open back up for on-site learning.

If you still need to pay your student fees, there are a few options

  • Pay Online
    Go to: https://www.payforit.net
    When doing so, you will need to register for an account. It will ask for your student ID which is also their lunch number.

  • Mail a Check
