How to Use Roti Plus
Wheat Flour Products - 4 to 5 grams
Maida Four Products - 5 to 7 grams
Rice Flour Products - 2 to 3 grams
corn Flour Products - 2 to 3 grams
Take some quantity of water and dilute Roti Plus in it and also half the quantity of oil in water-Roti Plus mixture (Roti Plus has HLB 8-11/20 due to this small oil droplets are formed and uniform dispresed in to water). Stir all of this make a uniform mixture. Add remaining oil & this mixture in to flour & Make daught.
Roti
Roti Plus avoids the hardness of roti when stored for sometime or in Tiffin. Roti Plus keeps roti soft for long time. Also dough becomes non sticky, sticks less to hand during processing. Roti
Plus retains the moisture content in the starch-gluten network & avoids the retro gradation of starch to become hard.
Samosa
Dough becomes soft. Kneading time is reduced. Uniform distribution of oil in samosa. Crispiness of samosa increases and stays for a longer time. Avoid hard texture in product.
