News and Information
Field Trip May 9 - Please send in your child's permission slip and $6. 50 ASAP. A second copy of the permission slip is going home today with those who have not yet returned it. If you need help with the money portion, please let myself or Mrs. Kreitzer know.
Everyone (children and chaperones) will need a sack lunch that day. We eat on the bus on the way home. Here are some guidelines to help us be as neat as possible while eating on a moving bus!
Sack Lunch Guidelines:
For the Children's Museum Trip on May 9th, Please don’t send pizza or nacho lunchables, and please send a drink that can be closed - water/ Gatorade/ juice boxes are fine. No pop please! Thank you!
Track Meet- Earlier this week a note was sent home about this upcoming event. Just a reminder I must have a note that morning if your child is going home with you after the track meet. This is for the safety of all of our kiddos and also makes things much less confusing.
Accelerated Reader Ended today- if your child earned a pizza party or a trip to the big dipper those dates will be coming home soon!
Coats Needed- please continue to send a winter coat with your child. Morning recess is still quite chilly and we want everyone to be dressed safely for the temperature.
If you’d like to sit with your child at lunch we’d love to have you. Lunch begins at 11:47 a.m. If you wish to eat the school lunch, please call the office to order a tray.

Homework Help and Hints!
Is your child prepared for an emergency??
We don't know our addresses or phone numbers! This is a safety concern- we talked about needing to know their full address for calling 911, if they are lost, or even to put into a GPS! Please help your child work on this- I know they had to know it in kindergarten, but they've forgotten! Full address means house number, street, city, state and zip code! Also, most didn't know a phone number (thanks to our contact list on our phones!). Another safety feature all kids need to know!!!
Data Binders- Look for them Monday
