Thoughts for the Week

Thank you all for a great discussion on PLCs last week. It's important to remember that each team should choose a long-term focus and practices that will improve student learning for all students. The meetings should be about the data, student work, researching, planning, and reflecting around the achievement of those student goals.

I think we are in a better position to do that, and we can continue to figure out how to improve our PLCs, but the above must always be at the forefront.

Have a great week!
