Goals
At Liberty, we reference students being "Ranger STRONG" every day. Students learn about our core values in lessons with their teachers and the Mr. Kennedy, the school counselor.
Monthly PBIS Home-to-School Connection
Each month we invite families to participate in a monthly PBIS Home-to-School Connection activity! Students will bring home a paper in their folder that describes the activity. The activities will relate to PBIS and our Character Strong trait. Students who bring back the activity completed will be entered into a drawing to earn a free prize from our PBIS Cart! There is no HtSC for May.
School Wide Behavior Expectations
"Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe" are Liberty's school wide, Tier 1 behavior expectations. Behavior matrices that outline common expectations are posted throughout each location in the school. These expectations are explicitly taught, modeled, practiced, revisited, and positively reinforced.
Liberty also utilizes a universal attention getter, which is a repeated clapping pattern.

Student PBIS Team
Recently, our 2nd Gr. teachers nominated student leaders to be a member of our newly established Student PBIS Team! Our Student PBIS team will provide input on rewards/prizes, help with running the PBIS Cart, collect feedback from their peers, give tours of the school for new students, and more! Way to be Ranger STRONG all day long, leaders!
Prize Cart
We also have had donations from local businesses, McDonald's on Center Ridge and Dairy Queen, for free Happy Meal and free ice-cream cone coupons! These special items are worth 100 stickers!
