Office Message
Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform you about lunchtime at our school due to time constraints during the lunch hour.
Parents are asked to please pack their child pre-cooked and pre-heated lunches to school. We understand that the limited time during the lunch hour can be challenging for both students and our staff, and this will aims to make lunchtime more seamless.
Here are some key points to keep in mind:
1. **Preparation:** Please ensure that the lunches you send with your child are fully cooked and heated to a safe temperature before they arrive at school. We want to prioritize safety and ensure that the food is ready to eat.
2. **Nutrition:** As always, we encourage you to provide nutritious meals for your child. Please include a balanced selection of food items to support their overall well-being.
3. **Packaging:** Use appropriate containers that keep the food warm and safe until lunchtime. Insulated containers or thermoses can be helpful for this purpose.
4. **Allergies:** Be mindful of any food allergies that your child or other students may have. We are a nut-sensitive school
5. **Snacks:** Please note that apples at the office are available on a first come first serve basis. To ensure your child is full during the day please send them with more snacks.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Most importantly have a conversation with your child and include them with the packing process.
Thank you for your support.

Critical Response Plan
EICS has a comprehensive Critical Response Plan that outlines steps schools will take to handle a wide range of emergency situations that may affect our school communities. This Critical Response Plan is tailor-made to suit the distinctive needs and resources of each of our schools, while seamlessly integrating with local emergency responders.
Rest assured that we will communicate with parents as soon as possible and will also provide additional information regarding when and where your child can be picked up.
We encourage you to review key phrases and protocols that your child will learn at school during emergency response practice drills. In the event of an emergency, we will communicate with you as expeditiously as possible. However, our priority will be the safety and security of students and staff.
Thank you for your support and assistance.
