3/18 E-Learning Notes
A Note from Ms. Morgan (3/18/20)
Dear Young Families,
Today is our first day of E-Learning. Young teachers have connected with all of their students and parents about learning plans and lessons for the day. I appreciate our families' patience and understanding as we begin our first online/at-home learning day.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions. We are more than happy to help.
We want to help ease extra stress on our students and families during these challenging times.
Consider:
- Balancing academic tasks with arts & crafts, exercise, chores, quiet time, electronics free time, and lunch
- Breaking up your child’s day into 20-50 minute blocks of academic time with breaks in between. (Kindergarten through 2nd learning time of 20-30 minutes; 3rd through 5th learning time of 30-50 minutes)
- Each child is unique. Find the learning time frame that works best for your child.
In addition, please find below a consolidated list of online resources that are available for student and parent use at home.
Please email me with any needs or concerns that you may have. We want to be supportive of our students and families.
Be Well,
Ms. Morgan
