Muscular Strength

This image displays the health related fitness component muscular strength because in order to do push-ups you must have a lot of upper body strength and when you do push-ups you are using a lot of upper body muscle.

Cardiovascular Endurance

This image displays the health related fitness component cardiovascular endurance because during swimming your heart and it's blood vessels provide your body with oxygen. Swimming is also one of the best types of exercise overall, to help build up your most important muscle, your heart. Also during swimming, it takes up a lot of energy, which is why cardiovascular endurance is important so your body won't shut down from lack of oxygen.

Flexibility

To be able to do that without breaking any bones you would have to be able to move several joints to a certain capacity and that is what flexibility is .

Speed

This image displays the skill related fitness component speed because it shows a woman running straight, very quickly from one place to another. That's what speed is; you can walk, run, etc. Anything is speed as long as you are moving quickly in a straight line.

Agility

This image displays the skill related fitness component agility because it shows a football player running in different directions very quickly to reach a touchdown. To protect the ball he isn't running straight instead he tries to dodge the other players with his agility. Agility is being able to change your body's direction quickly.

Reaction Time

This image displays the skill related fitness component reaction time because it shows a man (goalie) using his legs, arms, hands, and eye coordination altogether to catch the soccer ball. That is what reaction time is combining both your senses and hand or foot movement.

Power

This image displays the skill related fitness component power because it shows a football player using great strength and high speed to tackle another player. The definition of power is being able to use your strength while working at an extremely fast rate and this football player is doing exactly that.

Balance

This image displays the skill related fitness component because it shows a bunch of people keeping an upright posture while being still. That is what balance is to maintain an upright body posture or position while moving or being still.

Coordination

This image displays the skilled related fitness component coordination because it shows a man using his senses (eye sight) and arms to hit the tennis ball with the tennis racket. Coordination is very similar to reaction time, in both fitness components you are combining the movements of your hands and feet with your senses. This man is doing exactly that.
