The Benefits of Yoga
The benefits of yoga go beyond exercise. Yoga helps children develop awareness of their bodies and how they move which helps improve motor skills and gives them an outlet for self-expression. Children who can express themselves have fewer meltdowns.
Yoga also offers self-calming techniques, which are great when it's time to relax or go to bed.
