Volunteers Needed
On Thursday, December 15th, we will be having vision and hearing screenings here at DCD for kindergarten, first and third grades (third grade is vision only). We need 3 parents to help us out. Screenings start at 9:00 and should be done by 11: 30. If you are interested, please contact Michelle Melville at 503-658-3171 or melville@gresham.k12.or.us.

Here’s the PTO Wednesday Weekly information. December PTO Meeting: Join us tonight, December 7th at 6:30pm at Country Coffee Sit & Sip( 31277 SE Compton Rd., Boring, OR 97009). Free drinks, charcuterie, fun holiday activities, and mingling as we celebrate the holidays together. Volunteers Needed: We’re looking for volunteers to prepare/provide sweet treats for our annual Holiday Craft Night. We also have a few committee positions still open.. It is that time of year again. Please see the attached document for Bus Snow Route Information.
Basketball Spectator Expectations
The following expectations for attending sporting events are aligned to practices at other middle schools and high schools in the Gresham-Barlow School District.
- Students who attend the games must remain in the gym and in the stands. There is no playing outside in unsupervised areas.
- There is a No Re-entry Rule. Once a student leaves the building, they are not allowed to re-enter the event.
- No food or Drink is permitted in the gym
- All spectators are expected to display good sportsmanship and treat all players, coaches and officials respectfully.
Failure to follow these expectations may result in a student not being allowed to attend games.
