Koinonia Power Outage
Dear Mission Partner,
If you were at worship on Sunday, you already know that sometime early Saturday morning, we experienced some electrical issues that have caused us to be completely without power in Koinonia Hall. Thanks to the efforts of many people, especially Dave Bowen, Mike Dougherty, and Marty Taylor, this issue is being worked on, but we are still without power and we most likely will not have power in Koinonia Hall until this weekend at the earliest. Since we have no electricity or internet in the office, the staff is all working from our homes this week and you can reach us via email or on our cell numbers.
We do have power in both the sanctuary and Luther Hall, so although the offices are closed, all other activities will be held as usual this week in those two facilities. The only change to Oasis will be that the Confirmation Class will meet in the upper level of Luther Hall following dinner. If you do have something scheduled for Koinonia Hall this week, you should have been contacted by Kathy already to reschedule your event for a different location.
We are sorry for any inconveniences this might have caused anyone, but we are working to have this issue resolved as soon as possible. I hope to see you all at Oasis tomorrow evening.
Shalom, Pr. Dave
