Very Berry Bark

A healthy and delicious alternative to barks made of white chocolate! This recipe is simple with just 5 ingredients and 5 easy steps!

All you need is:

  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 4 cups of greek yogurt

5 Easy Steps

  1. Mix the greek yogurt and honey together in a large bowl
  2. Spread yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil
  3. Cut up starberries and blueberries into small pieces
  4. Sprinkle strawberries, blueberries, and dark chocolate chips on top of yogurt
  5. Place in freezer overnight


Because these ingredients are all rich in antioxidants, they help prevent cardiovascular diseases, forms of cancer, and other age-related diseases! In a Harvard study on heart attacks in women, those who consumed at least 3 servings of strawberries or blueberries per week showed the best results!
