PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE SIGN UP - FALL 2022
Dear Country Dale families,
We will be having Parent/Teacher Conferences for 4K through 5th grade on Wednesday, November 2 and Thursday, November 10 from 4:30-8:00 pm. We look forward to having you sign up for a 15-minute time slot on one of these dates.
While conferences are a great time to check in with teachers, please remember that the best communication with parents is communication at the “right time” for the “right reason.” Parents are encouraged to utilize all methods of communication available (i.e. checking PowerSchool, asking students to show what they are doing through Google Classroom, reviewing emails or updates from the teacher, checking child planners, etc) to be informed and active partners in their child’s educational experience.
When signing up for conferences, if you have multiple children in the school, we recommend that you complete this process early for the best chance at grouping your conference times together.
We request that parents who live in separate households schedule just one conference with each child’s teacher. By attending the conference together, we are able to share the same information with both parents at the same time. If this will not be possible for your family, please contact your child’s teacher.
Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Please use the student's name when signing up. Thank you!

YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING OPPORTUNITY
As part of the School-Based Mental Health Grant we received as a district, we are excited to offer a Fall and Spring opportunity to train parents, guardians and community members in Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA). Our first training opportunity will occur on December 6th from 4:00-8:30 PM. During the YMHFA course, participants develop an understanding of the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in youth, the importance of early intervention, and how to help an adolescent in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge. Participants will engage in a 2-hour self-paced course followed by a 4.5-hour in-person session with a district trainer. If you are interested in engaging in this Fall training, please complete this form no later than November 4th. A confirmation email will be sent to finalize your enrollment in the course and the next steps. Please note this is the same course we offered last year, so please only sign up if you have not yet been certified.
