Below you'll find details and very specific travel guidelines for the Leadership Summit.

Please read through all of the details below in preparation for your arrival and register below no later than Wednesday April 13th. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

3:00pm - 5:00pm - Registration
5:00pm - 8:00pm - Welcome Reception

Wednesday, May 4th
8:00am - 4:00pm - General Session
5:00pm - 9:00pm - Activity & Dinner with Consumer S&S Team

Thursday, May 5th
8:00am - 1:00pm - General Session
1:30pm Departure from Hyatt Regency - Afternoon Travel

Dress Code: Casual (nice jeans are acceptable)

Getting to the Summit

Attendees are responsible for booking their own transportation. Please book your transportation BAU following the below guidelines. Please plan to arrive at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich no later than 4:30pm.


*For those traveling from:

  • MA (Fall River, Lowell, Taunton)
  • NJ (Basking Ridge, Livingston, Robbinsville)
  • NY (Albany, Cortland, Forest Hills, Garden City, Massapequa)
  • RI (Providence)

Please plan on driving your own vehicle (if less than 120 miles one way) or securing a rental car through SRM (if over 120 miles one way). In order to help us support the environment and reduce travel costs, car pooling is highly encouraged. Self-parking is available at the hotel for $6 a day or $12 for overnight parking.

Please consider taking Amtrak to the Stamford Train Station, located less than 3 miles from the hotel, approximately a 5 minute car ride.

Please book the most cost effective non-refundable airfare ticket to one of the airport options below.

-Located 18 miles of the hotel and it's approximately a 25 minute car ride.

The Hyatt Regency Greenwich is also accessible from the following airports:

· La Guardia - 30 miles, 38 min

· JFK – 42 miles, 57 min

Ground Transportation
No rental cars should be reserved for ground transportation, taxis or the Red Dot Shared Shuttle Service is the recommended method of transportation between any of the airports and the Hyatt Regency Greenwich Hotel. The hotel's Guest Services Team can help you arrange taxi service with affordable transportation to and from the each of the airports. Attendees should consider sharing ground transportation with other attendees whenever possible.

Overnight Accommodations

A room block has been secured for those traveling to attend the 2016 Tech Support Leadership Summit at a nightly rate of $189. If you require overnight accommodations please follow one of the two options below to make your reservations no later than Wednesday, April 14th.

If you are attending both the Tech Support Leadership Summit & the Consumer Sales and Service Leadership Summit please create only one room reservation, but please register for both events.

Additional Information


· Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 pm. While every effort will be made to ensure that your room is ready upon arrival, we appreciate your patience if you encounter a short wait.

· A credit card will be required at check-in for all of your hotel charges.

· Luggage storage will be available on Thursday 5/5 outside of the meeting room if needed

· At check-out, be prepared to settle your account with the front desk. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.


On site registration will be held outside of the Grand Ballroom from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Tuesday 5/3. Please stop by the registration desk to retrieve your meeting materials.

Please note that name badges are required for admittance to all meetings and functions.
