Kindergarten Teachers

How to Contact Us:

McKinney ISD Phonograms

Every kindergarten teacher uses this in their classrooms. We review the various letter sounds that each letter makes. Some letters have more than one sound. This is something that your child can do at home on the computer, tablet, or phone. Please see the link below.

Important Reminders about Kindergarten

  • Check red folders daily and return the next day.
  • Secure lunch money or checks for purchases in the red folder.
  • In case there is a change of transportation for the day, email and call the office. (Make sure you have done both in case your teacher is out and is not available to check email).
  • Send your child in appropriate clothing for the weather.
  • Send an extra change of clothes so that you will not have to leave work in the event that your child does not make it to the restroom in time.
