Week - 11/8/2018: Monthly PBIS focus is HONESTY
What a beautiful morning! The sun is shining and the kids have the day off to play outside, and it's going to be nice throughout the weekend, yay!
It's time once again to collect food for the Elk's annual food drive! Students can bring in non-perishable food items from Nov. 13 - Dec. 12. Please remember that we cannot accept items packaged in glass or that have expired dates. There will be a prize for both the primary and intermediate classes that bring in the most food!
Mr. Orozco has been hard at work cleaning up our Lost and Found! Be sure to check the bottom of this page for a link to the photos. Items that have been here multiple weeks will be donated during Thanksgiving weekend, so please look now!
Little Dribblers is back! Please use the following link for information to this amazing opportunity for your kids, kinder - 4th grade. There are scholarships available if needed, please reach out if you are in need! http://tinyurl.com/basketball2019-kto4th
You may know that there is a free family morning on Nov.10 at the Washington County Museum! From 10AM - 1PM a two-person artist team will be working with people to make their own sculptures in air-dry clay. It should be a lot of fun! If you would like more information, contact mailto:nandreini@washingtoncountymuseum.org
Thank you to the amazing parents for supplying food for staff during conferences! I think we are all starting our holiday weight gain a little early this year, good grief! See some pics below of what is there just for this morning! Calories?? I don't think I can count that high:) Thank you!
Students in grades 3-6 are welcome to join OBOB which began a couple of weeks ago. Thank you to Mrs. Kragt for leading this group of excited students! Oregon Battle of the Books is a fun opportunity for students to participate on a team and have battles against other teams answering questions about 16 different books. It's not too late to join, but be sure your child is up for some reading and some heated competition! Book titles can be found in our library and in the North Plains Public Library. Happy reading!
Enjoy this beautiful weekend!
have a great weekend!!
