Culprit for Your Lower Back Pain?
I wanted to know why some of my clients and myself were not getting the desired results, even after massage. I did some research, talked with some of my mentors, and was reminded of the psoas muscle group. It is often forgotten, because you actually reach it from the abdomen! This group of muscles(psoas major, iliacus, and psoas minor) attach your upper body to your lower body and are hip flexor muscles. They are actually the strongest hip flexor muscles and are related to the strength of the spine.
This is a game changer for my treatment plan for the lower back and hopefully will provide more relief, more flexibility, and less pain for you! If you would like specific work on the psoas, please let me know!
