Dignity in this House

Jeff Kalinowski

Lead – Manufacturing and WCM Communications

Lead – Communicators’ Network

Internal Branding Team

Will be talking about how tapping into your passions will lead one to having anything but an ordinary life. He started on the assembly line and likes to share that anything is possible when you work hard and believe in yourself.

He would also like to talk about the importance of “who one is” and how that outweighs “who one knows” (despite popular belief). His presentation also focuses on communication and how the Communication strategy at Chrysler is as much for their customers as it is for their employees.
