Location
Houston's coordinates are 29.7628 N & 95.3831 W. Located near "Allen's Landing" It is in the southeastern part of Texas, northwest of Galveston. Southeast of the capital of Texas, Austin.
Place
Most of Houston is on the gulf coastal plain. A lot of the city was built on a swampy area including: forested land, marshes, & prairies. They are visible in some areas.
Movement
One of Houston's tourist hotspots is their Museum District which includes: Museum of Fine Arts, and the Houston museum of natural science. It attracts 7 million people a year. Houston also has the largest mall in Texas called the Galleria.
Region
Houston's region is mostly earthquake free. Houston has a total of 8 counties which are Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, and Waller. The largest is Harris county which has a total population of 4.1 million people

Houston is a very versatile city in many things like ethnicity & internationality. It's population rapidly grows every year. There are all types of people making it a very unique and successful city.
