Congratulations, Mrs.Ananda Dejarnette : Mrs. Dejarnette has been named the CMS Teacher of the Year AND Coronado Unified School District Teacher of the Year! Fondly known to her students as Mrs. DJ, she has served Coronado Schools for 17 years and currently teaches 8th grade history. Mrs. DJ is a dedicated and inspiring educator that truly makes a difference an everlasting impact on the lives of her students.
CUSD Board Meeting: Join us this Thursday at 4:00pm when we recognize and celebrate our Classified Employee of the Year, the amazing Dollyanne Hutchins. And, on May 16th at 4:00pm when we will celebrate the outstanding Mrs. DJ, Teacher of the Year!

Upcoming Events
From Ms. Kullmann and Advanced Performing Arts: Tuesday, 4/16 at 6:00pm in Granzer Hall
Come to the "Cabaret”and see talented 7th and 8th graders who will perform Broadway shows such as Hamilton and Chicago. APA alumni will be making a special appearance. This is an evening to celebrate the Performing Arts and raise funds for the department. Tickets are $5.00 at the door. Cookies and a beverage will be given to each audience member.
ASB presents "That 70's Dance" which is our final dance of the year! We are looking for parents who would be interested in chaperoning. The dance will be on April 26th from 5:00pm 7:00pm. Please email Kevin Ramirez at Kevin.Paiz-Ramirez@coroandousd.net
