The Month of Love!
Smell
There are many essential oils that produce an aphrodisiac effect, although the response may vary from person to person. Find the essential oil or blend that comforts you the most. You will be more likely to extend love if you feel at peace and in balance.
Recommended Essential Oils: Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood, Patchouli, Whisper, Cinnamon, or Clary Sage.
Touch
A massage is a great way to show your affection on this day of love! This AromaTouch Hand Technique provides an effective way to aid the whole body, and can help with stress, anxiety, tension, pain, etc.
Recommended Essential Oils: AromaTouch, Balance, Lavender, Frankincense, On Guard. Editor’s Tip: Blend oil(s) with a carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, before applying to the skin.

Sometimes it's hard to express love because unhealthy emotions get in the way whether from anger, grief, or past experiences in our lives. Essential oils are a powerful emotional healer. Here is a list of just some of emotions and oils to use:
Anger: Thyme, Serenity, Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Clear Skin, ClaryCalm
Grief: Breathe, Deep Blue, Geranium, Lime
Fear: Juniper Berry, Cassia, Cinnamon, Cypress, Lavender, Myrrh
Heartbroken: Geranium, Rose

Why Choose doTERRA Essential Oils
Sweet Treats for Your Sweet Hearts!
What You Need:
1 cup sugar - Another suggestion- try light evaporated cane juice crystals.
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons water
5 drops Lemon essential oil (or any of your favorite doTERRA oils you can ingest)
Hard candy sucker molds or silicone sheet
Sucker sticks
Candy thermometer
NOTE: We originally planned on making these suckers with all honey and no white sugar. Unfortunately, none of our attempts at using that recipe were successful. However, you can still try making your own suckers with all honey or maple syrup at home by just boiling them to 295 degrees Fahrenheit or until they reach the hard crack stage.

Children - Earaches
Nothing is worse than when your little one has an earache. Create a salt sock to help ease discomfort. Fill a clean sock with rock or kosher salt. Add a couple of drops of essential oil. Gently heat the pack and put it over the painful ear. Oils for earaches? Basil - it also works to put Basil on a cotton ball in push gently into the ear canal. Breathe, Lavender, Grapefruit.
Remember, never put oils directly into ear canals. You can apply them around and under the ear and down the jaw line.
