Are you wondering what customer service is really all about and how you can improve your impact with customers every day, both inside and outside the organization?
GISD is launching Customer Service training opportunities to help answer those questions. The sessions are intended for everyone and will help you:
Understand qualities of exceptional customer service;
Identify four key steps to make interactions with others positive;
Identify ways to go from good to better and better to best in all interactions; and
Make a plan for how you will take key strategies back to your department/program.
Choose either the morning or afternoon session, then register to attend on GISD U. Space in each session is limited, but the program will be offered again in the future.
