Garden Dedication

Please join us for a special dedication:

  • We will have a ribbon cutting for our new courtyard, Nancy's Garden. You'll get to meet Nancy and hear why this garden in named after her.
  • We will have tiles for each family to paint that will become a part of a mural for our courtyard!
  • Ice cream from Callahan's will be served.

We hope you can join us!

Naviance

High school students, do you know about Naviance? This is an excellent platform to help you plan for your future! Last year our high schoolers took the Strengths Explorer Survey and this year our high schoolers will take the Learning and Productivity Survey. These surveys help determine your strengths to help you choose a path after high school and also help you determine your learning styles and preferences. Both surveys are EXCELLENT tools for our students. Please login to Naviance and take the Strengths Explorer Survey (if you didn’t last year) and the Learning and Productivity Survey between now and the end of October.

Do you need more info, including how to login to Naviance or more info about the surveys? Go to vistaoaks.net (Parent Information >Naviance) or (Virtual Support Library>Parent Education & Resource Videos>High School>Naviance). Any questions, please reach out to your advisor.

Vista Oaks is a Nut-Free Campus

Big picture
Due to the severity of allergies of several students, tree nuts or peanuts are not allowed on campus. If your child brings items with nuts, they will not be able to eat them while at school. Thank you for your support in keeping our community safe.

Where can I park when I come on campus?

When parking on campus, all Vista Oaks staff and families must park in the Excelsior Middle School parking lot.

We are not allowed to park in the lots in front of our school as those are designated for the Byron District Office staff.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
