Gooey Chocolate cake

Pre haet the oven to 350 degrees f

For the cake: Whisk together 3/4 cup of sugar,1 cup of flour ,1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 2 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp of sea salt in a bowl . whisk in a 1/2 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of butter melted and 1 1/2 tes of vanilla. Mix till smooth. Pour the batter into a 9 in pan and level out.

For the topping : Whisk together 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder then sprinkle over the batter. Pour 1 1/4 cup of hot water. Do not mix together.

bake for about 30 minutes , you want the center to bubble and look almost set, almost like a under cooked brownie. take out of the oven let stand for 15 minutes. Spoon the sause from the bottom of the pan on top. Serve with chocolate chip ice cream.
