The Water Experiment
What Do You Think Will Happen...?
Hypothesis And Question
We think the hot water will react faster than the room temperature and cold water. we think that the hot water will react faster than the cold or room tempture water because the hot water has more thermal energy.
Background Information
We know that the water would react with the anti_acid tables but, what we didnt know is that reacton depends on the thermal energy.Hot water - Fastest...Cold water- Slowest...Room tempture water- Normal...
Science Project Experiment
Inependent and Dependent Variables
Inependent Variables the water anfd the tempture of the water.Dependent Variables How long it take to inflate the balloons.
Explanation of Procedure
1st fill the beakers to 75mL 2nd put the balloons half way on the beaker3rd drop anti-acid tablet in the cold and room temperature water4th start the stopwatch and see which water reacts faster5th Record the results and enter it into the data

Conclusion
We think the hot water will react faster than the room temperature and cold water. The hot water reacted faster than room temperature and cold water. Average temperature of the cold water -60 seconds, warm water-40.33 seconds, hot water - 4.66 seconds. We did everything we needed to do to our experiment, we recorded the time of each of the reactions. What would happen if we put 2 full anti-acid tablets in the cold, hot, and room temperature water?
