Yoga is FUN!

Have you been curious about yoga? Would you like to touch your toes or find some freedom in your knees or back? Have you wondered what a downward dog, upward dog or flipped dog was, or why things are called "dog" in yoga anyways? Come satisfy your curiosity by joining one of our two, 4 week, "Intro to Yoga" series' that are designed for people that have never practiced yoga.

We will do two ‘Intro to Yoga’ series this winter. Angela Houghton will teach the first series on Saturdays and Porscha Doucette will teach the second series on Wednesdays.


Cost is $30/4 Week Session (or Drop-In to any 1 Session at our regular rate)

When?

4 WEEK SESSIONS

Saturdays 10am January 12th – February 2nd

Wednesdays 7pm February 20th- March 13th

Each class is 75 minutes
