Message from Mrs. Carey!
Dear KES families,
Happy 22nd of December!! We have had such an amazing first part of our school year. I am so grateful for our KES families, students, and community! It has been wonderful to have our students back and they seem so happy to be here:) They are working hard, making progress, building back relationships with friends they haven't seen, and persevering through all aspects of their learning!
We have had some exciting things happening at KES. In particular our Gingerbread House projects! Please check out the video link below and our winners. A special thank you to Mrs. Gray for spearheading this wonderful project!!

Any way we can save spending by getting recycled, donated materials will make these projects even more amazing! The price for each yearbook is $15.00. | KES Polar Bear Plunge Team!!Once again Kennard Elementary School is participating in the Cool Schools Polar Bear Plunge. You will be able to "Plunge" in person OR virtually. Plunging at Sandy Point will be held on Thursday Feb 3, 2022. This is an excused absence from school. Parents, siblings, & friends are invited to join our team along with your student. You can always just make a donation. In the past years combined, KES has raised over $50,000 dollars for Special Olympics. Please note that our School Nurse at school is available for questions. Students are that are experiencing signs & symptoms affiliated with Covid-19 are screened and parents will be contacted to pick up their student if there is the need to quarantine. We thank you for your understanding as everyone's health and safety is our main concern.
