WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING @ THE ROCK
Happy Lunar New Year!
At the Rock we celebrated Lunar New Year! One of our newest Eagles, third grade teacher Ms. Cai read Ruby's Chinese New Year by Vickie Lee. In this book, the animals from the Chinese zodiac help Ruby deliver a special message for her grandmother to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
We also had a special presentation by one of our 5th grade students on what Lunar New Year means to his family.
Happy New Year to all who celebrate!
Thank You for Coming to the Winter Concert!
What an amazing turn out this week! We has so many families come out to celebrate and support our music club program, organized by our very own Ms. Costello. It was a fun night had by all! Our chorus, percussion, and dance clubs put on an amazing show.
Thank You PTA!
Last Friday the PTA treated the Rockledge staff a yummy snack cart. It was full of sweet and salty treats and an assortment of beverages. THANK YOU! You truly made our day.
Bingo Night was AMAZING!
We had so much fun this past Friday night coming together as a Rockledge Community to play a little bingo. There was fun, laughter, lots of BINGO wins, and prizes galore. Thank you to everyone for making this a memorable night for our community.
