Adult Dietary Guidelines
- 30 % of your calories should be coming from fats in your diet
- 8-10 % of your calories should originate from saturated fats
- Up to 10% of your total calories should come from polyunsaturated fatty acids

- Should be consuming less than 300 mg/d of cholesterol

- Increase your flexibility by stretching before all exercises and working on stretch bands!
