is there training? school?
a Meat cutter does not need to go to school to become a butcher , they just need to know how to work a knife and know the cuts, and its more of practice makes perfect than studing to make an A. Most big companies use the machines and they just need to learn how to work it but in more local businesses they use knifes so they need to learn what he/she are cutting and how to cut it, normally a mentor puts the butcher with little task and makes them a little harder, so they can progress.
