From Mrs. Berical
Thank you to all of our families who came out to Family Game Night! It was a fun night of Bingo and it was wonderful to see the smiles on everyone's faces! A very special thank you to our Home and School for organizing such a wonderful event!
Throughout the month of March, we will focus a lot on the word perseverance. This word is important to not only understand but to demonstrate in our daily actions. Perseverance means that we continue to work hard even when something becomes difficult or our goal appears to be far away. When we demonstrate perseverance and we reach our goal, we feel proud and we know that we have made personal growth. Please talk with your child at home about how they have shown perseverance in school and in daily activities and how they can continue to demonstrate this quality throughout the remainder of the school year.
Have a great weekend!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Berical
Math Questions- How You Can Help At Home!
We recognize that families want to support their child academically and feel connected to their learning. Each week, we will include a 5th and 6th grade math word problem that you can work on with your child. Also included will be the list of questions that you can ask your child that will help guide their thinking as they solve the problem. We encourage you to take advantage of completing these word problems with your child so that you can help support them with their learning at home!

What question is being asked?
What information has been given to you?
