- The Class of 2021 dedicated the year book to Mrs. Hart:Mrs. Hart has been a fixture at CMHS for the last three decades. During htis time she has assumed many roles including volunteer, substitute teacher, and for the last 14 years an ESP in our Graduation Assistance Program.The program upon which she helped hundreds of students see their true potential and supported them through graduation. Many of which she continues to communicate with on a regular basis. The class of 2021 would like recognize Mrs. Kathy Hart for her years of service to the students of Carver Middle High School. We thank you for always believing in us!!!! Congratulations on a wonderful career, enjoy your retirement.

Mrs. Bardetti's Period 3 English class constructed "found poems" on Thursday. Students had to rearrange random lines from existing poems and novels in order to create new, original messages. Check out these amazing poems about love, growth, and self-reflection!

GRADE 8 SPRING FLING
The Grade 8 year Spring Fling will take place on June 11th (June 12th rain date). Outdoor location at the school to be determined. Beginning at 7pm, there will be an awards ceremony followed by Bingo and picnic style dinner. We’ll conclude the evening with a movie (Antman) beginning at 8:30pm. Students and family members are encouraged to attend. Each student will be assigned a socially distanced spot on the field for themselves and family members. Respectfully, we ask that you enjoy your assigned space for the evening. You are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, bug repellant...etc. Attendees may bring their own dinner OR pre-order pizza by the slice ($2 each which includes 1 drink per person) using the form below. Drinks have been generously donated by Shaw’s. Pizza is provided by Santoros - please consult with them directly regarding food allergies. Attending students MUST return their permission slip and payment (if applicable) to Mr. Sullivan by Friday, May 28th. Please make checks payable to Carver MHS.

MIDDLE SCHOOL DRAMA
MS Drama Club performed a short skit, opening the second half of Carver Middle High School production, A Little Night Music. The students had a blast writing and performing the skit and it was awesome to see so many community members in attendance.

MIDDLE SCHOOL MATH TEAM
The Middle School Math Team had their last meeting for the year Wednesday. This year they competed in the Middle School Mathcounts Regional and State competition. They also earned Gold Status from the Mathcounts Math Club organization. We are so proud of our math team and all that they accomplished this year! Mrs. Johnson - MS Math Team Advisor
