From The Principal:

What a great Red Ribbon Week, Book Fair Week, and Big Kahuna Limo Ride Week--whew! We were busy, busy, busy! Thanks to everyone who volunteered or came out to enjoy our fun activities this week.

Don't forget that students do not have school this coming Monday, October 31. It is a professional development day for our staff. Enjoy a 3 day weekend!

Only 3 weeks until Thanksgiving Break! Let's all work to encourage our students to work hard and learn a lot during these next few weeks!

Thanks for partnering with us in your child's education!

Counselor's Corner

This is our Red Ribbon week. Take time this week to talk to your children about the importance of staying safe and healthy. Talk to your younger children about not taking medicine on their own or from other children or people they don't know. Talk to your older students about the importance of standing up to peer pressure if friends drink, smoke, or talk about drugs. Let them know it is important to tell an adult so the other students can get help!

Don't Forget!

  • It is very important that you have your hang tag hanging from your mirror and student card visible each and every time you are picking up students.
  • All visitors will be required to submit a driver's license/ state id and have it scanned in order to be admitted into our campus. Please be prepared for this when you come to the office to check in.

· Delivering the lines “in character”

· Using body actions/movements while speaking

· Memorizing a few lines for the audition is a BIG Plus!

Once all auditions have been completed, we will announce who will have a speaking part.
