Erosion is different from Weathering and Deposition. Erosion is the place of picking up sediments of rock that Weathering has broken. Erosion can also carry pieces of broken rock to different places around the earth's surface from a million miles away to just a few inches. After Erosion carry's the broken rock Deposition drops it. This is how Erosion, Weathering, and Deposition are different.
