    Picture Day

    Picture Day is right around the corner on Thursday, Sep 29th. PTO is looking for volunteers to help make this day run smoothly. Please check out our Sign Up Genius link for more information and to select a time slot.

    Conferences

    The conference scheduler in Pick-A-Time is now open through October 3rd. Specific directions regarding how to schedule your conference can be found here. These dates are set aside as a district for conferences, and we greatly value your collaboration. In the event that you are out of town on these dates, teachers can arrange a virtual conference through Zoom during these two days as well. Thank you for your partnership in your child's education.


    If you would like to conference with a specials teacher, please reach out via email.

    D303 LRC Newsletter

    LRCs across the district have worked together to bring you a monthly newsletter! The LRC Monthly Community Newsletter is designed to share information on literacy-based special events and programs in our area as well as promote a joy for reading and technology in the homes of D303 families. Check it out!.

    Changes to the District Website

    Please be aware that the District 303 website will undergo construction during the week of October 3 to reflect recent changes to names and titles within the Department of Learning & Teaching. These changes have been made to better align with the work and responsibilities of the department. The most notable changes are:
    • The Department of Instructional Interventions will now be the Department of Student Services
    • Staff, Family & Student Services will now be Student Programs
    Page names and links will update to reflect these new titles, and other changes may occur. Thank you for your understanding."

    Positions at Ferson

    We currently have two open assistant positions at Ferson Creek! One is an enrollment assistant, supporting in 2nd grade for 4.5 hours per day. The other is a teaching assistant position in our ACCESS program, which is 7.25 hours per day and comes with benefits.
