October 16- October 20, 2023 - Scholastic Book Fair (Instructions will be provided to set up your student's E-Account to purchase books.

October 18, 2023: Parent Teacher Conference: Early Dismissal 1:10 p.m. - NO AFTER CARE

October 25, 2023: Picture Day -Single student pictures taken (no group or sibling images will be taken at this time). Everyone will be photographed unless you inform the guide that you would not like for your student(s) to be photographed.

Student Technology Devices

Parent/Guardian Orientation/Agreement: Parents are required to complete the online survey https://bit.ly/family-orientation to access the program orientation, participation agreement and acknowledgement of technology acceptable use policy.

Information collected through this survey will be imported into PowerSchool for tracking and reporting purposes.

Parents must complete this training themselves; schools cannot complete this requirement for parents. Student log in must be used in order to access the platform. Please contact your student's guide if you need log in information.

Going from Good to Extraordinary

Are you interested in participating on the School Advisory Council? This council provides a small group of staff, parents, students and business/faith based partners an opportunity to serve in an advisory capacity to the school principal and to assist in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of school improvement. Participation is based on voting of your peers in each category. Survey closes on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.

Drop off/ Pick Up

Please utilize the car line or walk up process for Door 2 - Primary students. Please see the Class Dojo for the procedures of the 2 lane car line. If you must park and get out, please park in the available parking spaces.

All students grades 1 through 7 enter Door1. Primary siblings are welcome to enter Door1. Parents of Primary students (Prek/K only) will sign students in at Door 1. Primary students will then walk to their classes independently.

First through Seventh graders walk in independently through Door 1.

Be sure to pick up your student at 3:10 pm unless utilizing Extended Day PM parent paid services.
