For Buffalo Wings, Garlic Rolls, & Cookies & Cream Fudge
Mikey's Buffalo Wings (The Best In Town)x3
Ingredients
12 tablespoons of melted butter
2/4 cup hot red pepper sauce (Tabasco)
36 chicken wings (about pounds), disjointed with tips discarded
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Veggie oil, for frying
Blue cheese dressing for accompaniment
Celery sticks for accompaniment
Directions
À Combine melted butter and hot sauce in a large bowl; set aside
À Season wings with salt and pepper
À In large frying pan or deep-fat fryer, heat one-inch of oil to 360F (180 C)
À Fry wings in batches, without crowding, for about ten-fifteen minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels; keep warm
À Once all the wings are fried, add them to the bowl with the melted butter and hot sauce mixture and gently toss to coat all pieces
À Serve wings warm with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks
À Makes 36 wings
Bread Machine Gar Gar Rolls x3
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, soften
2 cup warm water (105°F)
2/3 cup dry NESTLE® CARNATION®
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 cups bread flour
1/2 ounce package
2 large egg white
4 tablespoons water
Directions
À Place ingredients, except egg white and water, in bread machine pan in order listed above; set machine on Dough cycle; press START
À Grease baking sheet lightly. Remove dough from machine when cycle is finished. On lightly flowered surface divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls. Place on prepared baking sheet. Cover with a damp cloth. Allow to rise in warm place for about 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
À Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine egg white and water in small bowl. Lightly brush over top of rolls.
À Bake for 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve warm.
À Makes 24 Dinner rolls.

Ingredients
9 cups of granulated sugar
2 ¼ cup (4 ½ stick) of butter or margarine
2 (5 ounce can) NESTLE CARNATION evaporated milk
6 cups (36 ounce package) of NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Premier White Morsels
3 (21 ounce) jars of marshmallow crème
1 ½ cup of finely crème filled crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
3 teaspoons of vanilla extract (optional)
3 cups of crumpled chocolate OREO’s
Directions
À Line 9-inch square baking pan with foil
À Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in medium heavy-duty sauce pan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly for three minutes. Remove from heat.
À Stir in morsels, marshmallow crème, finely crushed Oreo’s, and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle crumbled Oreos on top. Gently swirl into fudge using a knife without touching the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate for one hour or until firm. Lift from pan, remove foil. Cut into at least 30 pieces for class. J
