Vaccine Clinic and Records
Hello D103 Community,
Our second vaccination clinic this past Saturday on December 4, 2021, was another big success. Again, over 900 students, parents, staff and community members received a vaccine. Thank you for arriving at different times during the day as the wait times were much shorter.
For students who have received their second vaccination, please send a copy of the vaccine card to the school nurse so we can update your child’s records. Students are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose. Fully vaccinated students do not need to quarantine or participate in Test to Stay if they are considered a close contact. A PCR test is recommended 5-7 days after exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID.
Records can be faxed, emailed, mailed or hand-delivered to the school nurse in the following ways:

Thank you for your partnership in helping to keep everyone safe and for raising our Leaders in Learning!
Sincerely,
Scott Warren, Ed.D
Superintendent of D103 Schools
