Chicken and vegetable
-250 g dried thin egg noodles
-500 g skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into thin strips
-1/3 cup salt reduced chicken stock
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-canola or olive oil spray
Step 2)Now get the chicken and put in a bowl and then put vegetable salt on the chicken.
Step 3)Now get the vegetable oil and pour some in the pan.
Step 4)Now get the chicken and place it on the pan while your cooking the noodles in a other pan.
Step 5)After the chicken and the noodles finish cooking get the noodles and pour the noodles water out.
Step 6)Put some vegetables on the chicken and pour the noodles on vegetables and chicken.
Step 7)Now pour all of those in a bowl
Step 8)Enjoy your meal.
