“I have a Pro account but I am not seeing the option to add a PDF file”
The Attachment feature can be found in the “Add more stuff” section at the bottom of the newsletter. This feature doesn’t appear in the “Add more stuff” shortcut (the green “+” sign) as it only provides the most common features.
“I try to upload a file using the Attachment feature but nothing happens when I click on the File widget”
The most common reason why users have trouble uploading files is because cache is preventing them from being able to access the most recent update of the website.
In computing, cache is your browser history; It’s a place on your hard disk where the browser keeps things it downloaded once in case they’re needed again.
To access the Attachment feature, we recommend clearing cache in your browser. We’ve actually created a guide with the instructions on how to clear cache in each browser. You can access the guide by clicking HERE.

“I cleared cache but I’m still unable to upload files”
No need to worry! It might just require a little more investigation on our end.

“Recipients who view my newsletter on their mobile phones aren’t able to download my attachment”
We discovered that it entirely depends on the internal browser of the messaging system that the recipient is viewing the newsletter. Some messaging platforms do not have permission to download attachments directly to a phone.
Our recommendation is to have your recipients view your newsletters from Google Chrome on their phones, as it allows the attachments to be downloaded and opened.
