Monster Mash

This year our annual fundraising event Monster Mash will be held outside at Davis featuring trunk or treating, raffle baskets and games, Friday, October 29th, 4-6 p.m.

As you know, support is extremely important to PTOs. We rely on donations to help with our fundraising goals in order to help provide the necessary services, field trips, and educational resources which benefit the nearly 1,000 students served by Davis Primary and Richmond Intermediate. We have set up each grade to provide a basket for the Monster Mash raffle, each grade will be as follows:

Kindergarten: Toy Basket (ex. action figures, dolls, legos, etc.)

First grade: Movie night Basket (ex. movie gift cards, popcorn, candy, etc.)

Second grade: Sports Basket (ex. balls, gift cards, sports hat, etc.)

Third grade: Arts & Crafts Basket (ex. markers, paints, art kits, craft kits, etc.)

Fourth grade: Games Basket (ex. board games, card games, etc.)

Fifth grade: Fidget/book Basket (ex. fidget spinners, pop-its, chapter books, etc.)

Please have your child drop off donations to their teacher no later than Friday, October 15th.

Would your business like to donate a basket? Do you or your business have a service or donation we can include in our raffle? Please contact Nancy Sebold nancy.sebold@gmail.com if you are interested in making your business a part of our fundraiser!
